The resolution adopted by the Ministerial Committee for Privatization Matters dated 12.8.2003 determined that The Israel Government Coins and Medals Corporation Ltd. (the: “Medals Company”), wholly owned and held by the State of Israel, will be privatized by way of a private sale, as one block, of the holdings held by the State of Israel in the Medals Company.
